What We Believe
We believe that Jesus is our savior and God’s self-communication to mankind. We believe that He lived, died, was buried, was raised from the dead by God His father, and that He ascended to a place of honor and glory. We believe that He will return the second time in glory to rescue those who have faith in Him.We believe that our worship to God should consist of service to our fellow man and by gathering weekly to remember the death and resurrection of Jesus. Our gatherings are simple and informal. Our church building is simple and non-ostentatious and is available to all who wish to use it (with some restrictions). We believe that it is God’s will for the church to be a family, not an institution. We believe in the priesthood of all believers, and believe that every Christian should in some way be involved in ministry.
